AskCalc: AI Solver Companion — Finance & Math, Unit Converter
Last updated: April 9, 2026

We built AskCalc to be straightforward and respectful of your privacy. This page explains what data the app uses, why, and what stays on your device.

Quick Summary

Stored on your device
Your settings, calculation history, and preferences never leave your phone unless you use an AI feature.
Sent off your device
When you use AI solving, your math question (and any photo you choose) is sent to our server to get an answer.
Account & sign-in
Sign-in is optional. If you sign in with Apple, we store your AI usage count so your free credit balance syncs across devices.
Purchases
All payments go through Apple. We never see your card or payment details.
Analytics
We collect anonymous usage stats (e.g. "AI feature was used") to improve the app. Nothing is linked to your identity.
Data selling
We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.

Server logs

2. How We Use Your Data

3. Third-Party Services

We work with these trusted services. Each only receives the minimum data needed to do its job:

4. Creating and Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Deleting your account will:

This cannot be undone. If you sign in again with the same Apple ID, you start fresh.

5. How Long We Keep Data

6. Children

AskCalc is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

The app sends user-typed math questions to our server to generate answers, but does not retain voice recordings, images, or text after a response is delivered, and does not use any user data to train AI models.

If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us at Leangrottnak@gmail.com or use the in-app account deletion feature — we will promptly delete all associated data.

7. Your Choices

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
